Driving directions to our office

From Minneapolis and the West: Travel east on I-94 to St. Paul. Take the 5th Street exit. Continue along 5th Street. Take a left on Minnesota Street. The Bremer Tower is located on the corner of Minnesota Street and East 7th Street. We are located in Suite 500.

From East of St. Paul: Travel west on I-94 to the 6th Street exit, which is a left-hand exit. Go straight on 6th to Minnesota Street and turn right. The Bremer Tower is located on the corner of Minnesota Street and East 7th Street. We are located in Suite 500.

From North of St. Paul: Travel south on I-35E to the Wacouta/10th Street exit. The exit turns into Wacouta and crosses 10th Street at the first intersection. Stay on Wacouta and continue four blocks to 6th Street. Turn right on 6th Street and go four blocks to Minnesota Street. Take a right on Minnesota. The Bremer Tower is located on the corner of Minnesota Street and East 7th Street. We are located in Suite 500.

From South of St. Paul: Travel north on I-35E to Kellogg Boulevard. Turn right on Kellogg and then left two blocks later on West 7th Street (turns into East 7th Street as you travel east). The Bremer Tower is located on the corner of Minnesota Street and East 7th Street. We are located in Suite 500.

From the Airport: Follow Highway 5 from the Airport. It will turn into 7th Street as you get closer to Downtown St. Paul. Follow 7th Street, and turn right on 5th Street. Continue along 5th Street. Take a left on Minnesota Street. The Bremer Tower is located on the corner of Minnesota Street and East 7th Street. We are located in Suite 500.

Parking and getting to our office

Recommended Parking:

Public parking is available in the Town Square ramp, located on the same block as the Bremer Tower, the Hilton Garden Inn, Town Square and the UBS Plaza. Enter the ramp from Minnesota St. (going north) or Cedar St. (going south). See red "P" on the map. The clearance is 7 feet, cost is $5/hr. with a maximum of $14/day.

Parking alternatives:

• Macy's — enter from 6th St. (one-way going west) or Wabasha (one-way going north) $3/hr. or $10.50/day
• Alliance Bank — enter from 6th St. (one-way going west) $4/hr. or $15/day
• Wells Fargo (see World Trade Center on map) — enter from Cedar St. (one-way going south) $7/hr.

Directions to our office suite from Town Square ramp:

Take the elevators in the center of the Town Square ramp (inside an enclosed area) to level 2. Go left out the elevator, then left again. Go straight across Town Square (red lines on the map). You will pass a food court on your left, and Kelly Services and US Bank on your right. The entrance to the Bremer Tower will be straight ahead to the right. Enter the glass doors and take the elevators to floor 5. When exiting the elevator, turn left to enter suite 500.

Directions to the Bremer Tower Conference Facility:

Enter the glass doors to Bremer Tower from the second (skyway) level of Town Square. A second set of glass doors to the conference rooms will be inside the Bremer Tower lobby to the right. The doors will be locked; please knock if no one is there to greet you.
