Scott has served as the key legislative strategist for MPCC since 2007. He works in connection with the MPCC board, president and consultants to develop and implement the legislative and grassroots strategies to advance the MPCC public policy agenda. Previously, Scott served as the research director for the National Institute of Health Policy at the University of St.Thomas and special assistant to the dean at the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota.
