Rand joined the Council in June 2011. He manages all aspects of the Minnesota Private College Fund, and is responsible for designing and implementing a strategy that will secure annual support and sustain long-term donor relationships. Previously, Rand was the Director of Corporate Relations at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and has held administrative and adjunct faculty positions at Hamline University and the University of Minnesota. He holds a J.D from Hamline University School of Law, and a master's degree from the University of Georgia.
