Internships: Most academic departments participate in the Concordia Cooperative Education Program. The program offers on-the-job training, academic credit and sometimes a salary for placements in a variety of settings throughout the country, as well as occasional placements in other countries.
Career services: The Career Center provides training in job search and interviewing skills, helps students develop vocational information files, maintains listings of current job openings and sponsors job fairs and other activities with employers.
Counseling and guidance services: A variety of counseling services are available to help students with their academic, career, personal, social and spiritual concerns. The Counseling Center serves as the support agency for the network of counseling personnel on campus.

Scholastic aptitude test: 11% of first-year students submitted the SAT as part of their applications. The middle 50% range of their SAT Math scores was 510-630. The middle 50% range of their SAT Verbal scores was 530-650.
American college test: 95% of first-year students presented the ACT as part of their applications. The middle 50% of enrolled students had ACT composite scores between 21 and 27.
High school rank: Of those reporting, 30% were in the top tenth of their class, 59% were in the top quarter of their class; and, 86% were in the top half of their class.

High school preparation: Concordia, like most selective private colleges, does not require a specific pattern of high school courses for admission. However, our experience shows that students who are best prepared for Concordia have a high school record that includes four years of English, three years each in the Sciences, Mathematics, and Social Sciences and two years in another language.
Advanced placement credit: Both advanced placement and credit are offered through the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), Advanced Placement (AP) or the International Baccalaureate Program.
Transfer process (deadlines and materials): Rolling application deadline. College transcripts and recommendations required.
Transfer criteria (credits, GPA): Registrar’s Office does official course review of all transcripts. Credit is typically given for grades of C or better.
Campus visits: Visit Days are scheduled throughout the year. Individual visits are available Monday - Friday and also on Saturdays during the academic year.
