Minnesota's Private Colleges Government Team

David B. Laird

Dr. David B. Laird, Jr. is the president and CEO of the Minnesota Private College Council, Fund and Research Foundation. He also handles all of the federal-level advocacy for the Minnesota Private College Council. He has spent his career working in higher education, including leading the Minnesota Higher Education Coordinating Board. Prior to joining the Council in 1988 he was vice president for planning and development and secretary at Carleton College.
