State Grant impact: "The Minnesota State Grant is important to me because it helped me make it possible to attend Concordia University. If I had never received the Minnesota State Grant, I don't think I would have had the educational experience I was hoping for. I would not have been able to consider going to Concordia-St. Paul; I would have had to attend a community college."
