Block transfer acceptance for two-year college students

► Accepts Associate of Arts degree
► Accepts Minnesota Transfer Curriculum

Students who have completed the MnTC or an A.A. from a regionally accredited institution with minimum course grades of C or better will have those courses accepted in transfer. Those courses will meet some requirements within our Bachelor of Arts program.

Students who earned an A.A. prior to enrolling at Saint Mary’s undergraduate college will be considered to have completed all requirements for general education with the exceptions of needing to complete an approved theology course and INT499.

Student sat the undergraduate college who earned at least 24 credits as a degree-seeking student at another postsecondary institution after completing high school or a GED program will have the INT101 general education course requirement waived.

Students entering the undergraduate college as a transfer student may elect to pursue any Bachelor of Arts major at the university. Students seeking admission to a Bachelor of Science program at the residential college (e.g., Nursing) must meet all prerequisite requirements to be considered for competitive admission.
