Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota welcomes applications from transfer student throughout the year. Transfer students may begin classes in Winona in either our fall or spring semesters.
Saint Mary’s offers on the spot decision interviews for students transferring from another college or university. Contact the Admission Office (507-457-1700) to schedule an appointment. You will receive a decision on-the-spot upon your arrival to campus or via a virtual Zoom meeting, pending your submission of the online Saint Mary’s University Application or the Common Application at least three days prior of your appointment. All official required documents listed in the Transfer Applicant Checklist are necessary in order to receive an admission decision

Saint Mary's will accept all MNTC credits for students who have earned at least a C or better in each course within that curriculum. Students must also complete requirements of the Saint Mary's general education program.
