Join Student Voices 2022 and speak up with other Minnesota college students. Let lawmakers know how they can help.
State lawmakers need to hear what you have to say.
Advocate for the need-based grants that help one out of every three Minnesota students.
- More than 71,900 students receive Minnesota State Grants.
- They’re 100 percent based on financial need.
- Students who receive these grants go to all kinds of colleges. They’re at public and private nonprofits, earning bachelor’s, associate and technical degrees.
While these grants help, the size of the grants has not kept up with what is needed. Now is the time for lawmakers to act. They can make grants larger and make more students eligible.
