The Council surveys our 17 member institutions each year about the post-graduation outcomes of recent graduates. Looking at the most recent data for the class of 2019 and their primary activity:

• 74 percent listed employment
• 15 percent listed continuing education with the largest share enrolled in master’s program
• 3 percent listed volunteer service (e.g., Peace Corps or mission work)
• 0.6 percent listed military service

In addition, 69 percent add to the quality of the state’s workforce and tax base by staying in Minnesota after graduating.
